Horse racing betting is a passion of Tripp and it shows. There is an extensive range of horse racing betting markets available, including in Australia, New Zealand, and overseas.

Thoroughbreds, harness, and greyhound betting is available, and although there is no live streaming, we’re hoping it will be a feature in the future. Bookmakers who have live streaming allows punters to stay on the site, which is a win-win situation for both parties.

There is a good number of futures markets available, including the Melbourne Cup and Golden Slipper. It’s important to offer futures betting markets, so kudos to the betr team.

The customer service has room for improvement, but they have come under more pressure than expected since launching. However, despite slow response times, betr has live chat available from 8am to 11pm.

It’s not 24/7, but it’s better than having no live chat. There is also a phone number and email options, but live chat is always the best way to get in touch with the betr customer service team.

betr Payment Methods

There are two ways to deposit into your betr account:

• Credit/Debit card (Mastercard and VISA)
• POLi

There isn’t an extensive range of depositing options, but most punters use a card to deposit. The minimum deposit is $10, which is higher than some Australian bookmakers who have a $5 minimum.

betr Withdrawal Methods

KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements apply to betr, so you will need to send in some verifying documents to withdraw your funds. Punters usually have to verify their ID and proof of address, but it takes five minutes to complete and then you’re able to withdraw your funds.

The minimum withdrawal is $20, which is a little high in our opinion. If punters want to withdraw $10, they should be able to. Processing is taking a little longer than desired (between 1-3 days), but the team at betr is working on making it a speedier process.
