Super Rugby continues this week with six games in Round 15.

Punters get quality to bet on in Round 15, including Brumbies vs Rebels and Hurricanes vs Crusaders.

We cover every Super Rugby Pacific game throughout the year.

Super Rugby Pacific Round 15 Tips

Friday 2/6/23

5:05pm Blues vs Highlanders @ Eden Park

The Blues were too good for the Hurricanes last week, and that’s going to be excellent form against the Highlanders.

The 36-25 victory holds the Blues in good stead against their NZ conference rivals, who scored a close 35-30 win over the Reds.

Bookmakers have 16.5 points between them, so the Blues are expected to pile on the points in front of their home crowd.

Betting tip: Blues –16.5 @ $1.90

7:35pm Brumbies vs Rebels @ GIO Stadium

The Brumbies were no match for the Chiefs last week, but they were playing the toughest team in the competition.

The 31-21 loss had some merit, but they’re playing a Rebels team who suddenly got hot with a 52-14 win over the Force last week.

That shows more of how bad the Force are, so we expect the Brumbies to win and cover the spread on Friday night, especially given the circumstances.

Betting tip: Brumbies –9.5 @ $1.90

Saturday 3/6/23

2:35pm Fijian Drua vs Reds @ ANZ Stadium

The Drua pulled off a narrow 47-46 thrilling win over Moana Pasifika last week, and that’s the level they’re capable of playing.

However, the Reds are a much better team than the Pasifika, although you wouldn’t think it from the bookmakers’ lines.

The Reds are only –2.5 at the sportsbook, but we think they want to finish the regular in style with a win, and the Drua are too inconsistent to bet on with confidence.

Betting tip: Reds –2.5 @ $1.90

5:05pm Hurricanes vs Crusaders @ Wellington Regional Stadium

It’s the biggest game of the week as the Hurricanes host the Crusaders in a battle for the second spot.

The Hurricanes couldn’t match the Blues last week, but the Crusaders scored an emphatic 42-18 win over the Waratahs.

This is the time of the year when the Crusaders show their best form, so we’re picking the –3.5 favourites to win and enter the playoffs with a full head of steam.

Betting tip: Crusaders –3.5 @ $1.90

7:35pm Waratahs vs Moana Pasifika @ Allianz Stadium

Moana Pasifika played well in defeat last week, but we can’t see them keeping up with the Waratahs on the road.

Consistency has been a struggle for the Pacific Island team, and the Waratahs need this win more, so we expect them to bounce back from an embarrassing defeat.

Bookmakers have the line at –14.5, which is fair given the class difference, and that should be apparent on Saturday night.

Betting tip: Waratahs –14.5 @ $1.90

10:00pm Force vs Chiefs @ NIB Stadium

The Force are only +2.5 with bookmakers because the Chiefs are resting most of their players, but we still don’t reckon they’ll win.

They were hammered last week, and although the Chiefs will be without all of their star players, even the bench could have too much class.

Getting $1.61 for the Chiefs is a good price and we’re happy to take the slight risk with the second unit.

Betting tip: Chiefs @ $1.61
